جوائز ناشونال فاينانس للأعمال والقيادة ٢٠٢٧An evening for the people and organisations moving the UAE economy forward
Organised by National Finance Magazine, the Awards recognise leaders, companies, business councils, community organisations and charities whose achievements can be shown with evidence. Previously announced as The Dubai Dream Awards, the programme now carries the National Finance name and is held in Sharjah, where National Finance is based.

The road to 9 December
How nominations work
Anyone can nominate: yourself, your organisation, or a leader or organisation you admire.
- Choose who you are nominating: an individual, a company or a community organisation.
- Pick one category that best fits the achievement. Organisations may enter up to two.
- Tell the story with evidence: what was achieved, when, and how it can be checked, with public links first.
- Consent: nominees are asked for consent before anything is published. Organisations need an authorised representative.
- Review: our team checks eligibility and evidence and may ask for more information.
- Judging and results: independent judges score each entry; finalists are told in November and winners are announced on the night.
What you will be asked when nominating an individual
- Full name, role, organisation, nationality and emirate or country of work
- Their connection to the UAE (based here, or substantial UAE trade, investment or employment)
- The main achievement, in up to 300 words, and the period it covers
- Measurable results, such as growth, jobs created, funding raised, customers served or community reach
- One key decision they made and what they learned from it
- How their work benefits others: their team, industry or community
- Up to five public links that support the nomination, plus a LinkedIn or company profile
- Your relationship to the nominee, and whether you have any conflict of interest
What you will be asked when nominating a company, council, community organisation or charity
- Legal name, licence type and issuing authority, year established, emirate and website
- Number of employees or members, and the main products, services or activities
- The achievement in up to 300 words, and the period it covers
- Measurable results, such as revenue or growth range, new markets, members served, programmes delivered or funds raised for licensed causes
- What makes the organisation stand out from others in its field
- Its impact on employees, customers, members or the community
- Up to five public links that support the entry
- The name and role of the authorised representative
How entries are judged
There is no public vote. If no entry in a category meets the standard, the judges may choose not to give that award. The independent judging panel of business, finance and community leaders will be announced in 2027. Experienced professionals interested in serving as a judge can write to media@thenationalfinance.ae.
Please do not upload bank statements, passport copies or confidential financial documents. If we need private evidence, we will ask for it through a secure route.
While the nomination form is being updated: it may still show an earlier list of categories and say “Dubai”. If your category is not listed, choose “Choose later” and mention the category in your answer. Companies, councils, community organisations and charities can use “Nominate someone” and enter the organisation’s name. We will match every entry to the right 2027 category.
By invitation
The Awards evening is an invitation-only gathering. Invitations are extended to:
- Finalists, each with a guest
- Sponsors, partners and Community Partners
- Business leaders, investors and senior professionals
- Business councils, chambers, community organisations and charities
- Government, diplomatic and institutional guests
- Accredited media
Organisations that would like to host a table for their team, members or clients can say so below; table arrangements will be confirmed once the venue is announced. We reply to every request, and invitations are sent from November 2027. Submitting a request does not guarantee an invitation.

Partners are seen by the UAE’s business leaders, finance professionals and community organisations before, during and after the evening. Every partnership is clearly labelled, and none influences judging or results.

تنظّم مجلة ناشونال فاينانس هذه الجوائز تكريماً للقادة والشركات ومجالس الأعمال والمؤسسات المجتمعية والجمعيات الخيرية الذين تُثبت إنجازاتهم بالأدلة. وكانت الجوائز قد أُعلن عنها سابقاً باسم «جوائز حلم دبي»، وهي تحمل اليوم اسم ناشونال فاينانس وتُقام في الشارقة حيث مقر ناشونال فاينانس.

آلية الترشيح
يمكن لأي شخص الترشيح: نفسك أو مؤسستك أو قائد أو مؤسسة تقدّرها.
- حدّد من ترشّح: فرداً أو شركة أو مؤسسة مجتمعية.
- اختر فئة واحدة تناسب الإنجاز، ويمكن للمؤسسات المشاركة في فئتين كحد أقصى.
- اروِ القصة مدعومة بالأدلة: ما الذي تحقق، ومتى، وكيف يمكن التحقق منه، مع تقديم الروابط العامة أولاً.
- الموافقة: نطلب موافقة المرشَّح قبل نشر أي معلومات، وتحتاج المؤسسات إلى ممثل مفوَّض.
- المراجعة: يتحقق فريقنا من الأهلية والأدلة وقد يطلب معلومات إضافية.
- التحكيم والنتائج: يقيّم محكّمون مستقلون كل ترشيح، ويُبلَّغ المتأهلون للنهائيات في نوفمبر ويُعلن الفائزون ليلة الحفل.
ما الذي سيُطلب منك عند ترشيح فرد
- الاسم الكامل والمنصب والمؤسسة والجنسية والإمارة أو بلد العمل
- صلته بدولة الإمارات (مقيم فيها، أو له فيها نشاط تجاري أو استثماري أو وظيفي كبير)
- الإنجاز الرئيسي في حدود ٣٠٠ كلمة، والفترة التي يغطيها
- نتائج قابلة للقياس، مثل النمو أو الوظائف المستحدثة أو التمويل المستقطب أو العملاء أو الأثر المجتمعي
- قرار محوري اتخذه وما تعلّمه منه
- كيف يعود عمله بالنفع على فريقه أو قطاعه أو مجتمعه
- ما يصل إلى خمسة روابط عامة تدعم الترشيح، إضافة إلى حساب LinkedIn أو ملف الشركة
- علاقتك بالمرشَّح، وما إذا كان لديك أي تضارب في المصالح
ما الذي سيُطلب منك عند ترشيح شركة أو مجلس أو مؤسسة مجتمعية أو جمعية خيرية
- الاسم القانوني ونوع الرخصة وجهة الإصدار وسنة التأسيس والإمارة والموقع الإلكتروني
- عدد الموظفين أو الأعضاء، والمنتجات أو الخدمات أو الأنشطة الرئيسية
- الإنجاز في حدود ٣٠٠ كلمة، والفترة التي يغطيها
- نتائج قابلة للقياس، مثل نطاق الإيرادات أو النمو أو الأسواق الجديدة أو الأعضاء المستفيدين أو البرامج المنفذة أو الأموال المجموعة لقضايا مرخّصة
- ما يميز المؤسسة عن غيرها في مجالها
- أثرها على الموظفين أو العملاء أو الأعضاء أو المجتمع
- ما يصل إلى خمسة روابط عامة تدعم الترشيح
- اسم الممثل المفوَّض ومنصبه
معايير التحكيم
لا يوجد تصويت جماهيري، ويجوز للجنة التحكيم حجب الجائزة إذا لم يستوفِ أي ترشيح المعايير المطلوبة. وسيُعلن خلال عام ٢٠٢٧ عن لجنة التحكيم المستقلة المؤلفة من قادة في مجالات الأعمال والمال والمجتمع، ويمكن للمهنيين ذوي الخبرة الراغبين في الانضمام إليها مراسلتنا على media@thenationalfinance.ae.
يُرجى عدم تحميل كشوف حسابات مصرفية أو نسخ من جوازات السفر أو مستندات مالية سرية، وإذا احتجنا إلى أدلة خاصة فسنطلبها عبر قناة آمنة.
أثناء تحديث نموذج الترشيح: قد يعرض النموذج قائمة سابقة من الفئات ويذكر «دبي». إذا لم تجد فئتك، اختر «Choose later» واذكر الفئة في إجابتك. ويمكن للشركات والمجالس والمؤسسات المجتمعية والجمعيات الخيرية اختيار «Nominate someone» وإدخال اسم المؤسسة، وسنطابق كل ترشيح مع الفئة المناسبة لعام ٢٠٢٧.
بالدعوة
أمسية الجوائز مناسبة تقتصر على المدعوين، وتُوجَّه الدعوات إلى:
- المتأهلين للنهائيات، ومع كل منهم ضيف
- الرعاة والشركاء والشركاء المجتمعيين
- قادة الأعمال والمستثمرين وكبار المهنيين
- مجالس الأعمال والغرف التجارية والمؤسسات المجتمعية والجمعيات الخيرية
- الضيوف الحكوميين والدبلوماسيين وممثلي المؤسسات
- وسائل الإعلام المعتمدة
يمكن للمؤسسات الراغبة في استضافة طاولة لفريقها أو أعضائها أو عملائها الإشارة إلى ذلك أدناه، وستُؤكَّد ترتيبات الطاولات بعد الإعلان عن المكان. نرد على جميع الطلبات، وتُرسل الدعوات اعتباراً من نوفمبر ٢٠٢٧، علماً بأن تقديم الطلب لا يضمن الحصول على دعوة.
كن شريكاً في الجوائز
يحظى الشركاء بحضور لدى قادة الأعمال والمهنيين الماليين والمؤسسات المجتمعية في الإمارات قبل الأمسية وخلالها وبعدها. وتُعلَن كل شراكة بوضوح، ولا تؤثر أي منها على التحكيم أو النتائج.
تسمية «بتقديم»، وحضور العلامة التجارية على المسرح وفي أرجاء الفعالية، وكلمة افتتاحية، وطاولتان، وإصدار خاص بالشريك من مجلة ناشونال فاينانس مُعلَن كمحتوى شريك، وحضور رقمي على مدار العام.
