A strong nomination is specific, measurable and verifiable.
Avoid generic praise. Explain what the nominee achieved, over what period, what decisions or discipline mattered, what evidence supports the claim and why the outcome represents meaningful financial success.
Evidence examples
Use credible evidence appropriate to the claim.
Evidence can include audited or verified business results where appropriate, public filings, contracts, transaction records, independent media, awards or institutional records, official company information, third-party references, project documentation or other credible material.
