Is POF the same as a bank guarantee?
No. POF is generally evidence of financial capacity, while a bank guarantee is an undertaking supporting a defined obligation.
Can POF be issued without a real transaction?
National Finance only supports legitimate, documented requirements. The exact institution will apply its own compliance and issuance standards.
What should I send first?
