Approved judges review only nominations assigned to them and score against common criteria. The exact weighting can vary by category, but the framework is designed to reward credible outcomes and the quality of the journey behind them rather than popularity.
A judge must not score a nomination where independence is reasonably compromised.
Judges disclose conflicts before reviewing assigned records and may be recused or reassigned. Sponsor or partner relationships are not shown to judges for the purpose of influencing scoring.
Recognition is not decided by name recognition or social-media reach.
The Dubai Dream Awards does not use arbitrary name-only public voting as the basis for final recognition. Public engagement may support event communication, but judging remains evidence-based.
