These terms govern use of the National Finance Sharjah website, portals and informational materials.

Use National Finance digital services lawfully and accurately.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide. Information supplied to National Finance should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
A website interaction is not a financial approval or commitment.
Content, examples, enquiry submission, My NF access, case status, discussions or document review do not by themselves create a bank or provider commitment, guaranteed approval, guaranteed rate, issuance obligation or funding entitlement.
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials.
My NF, National Finance Office and the Awards Judge Portal are restricted environments. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe credentials are compromised, permissions have changed or use presents a security or compliance risk.
Engagement and transaction documents govern their own subject matter.
Where a proposal, engagement letter, agreement, invoice, provider document, bank document or transaction-specific term applies, that document governs the relevant matter. Website content should not be read as changing separately agreed terms.
