Emirates Insurance Federation

Emirates Insurance Federation is the professional federation established under the UAE's current insurance regulatory framework. The Central Bank of the UAE rulebook provides for the federation as a juridical entity and requires insurance companies, reinsurance companies and insurance-related professions to become members according to applicable controls and procedures. The federation is intended to organise industry representation and establish committees addressing the different insurance businesses and services practised by its members.
