Ministry of Interior
The Ministry of Interior is a UAE federal ministry responsible for areas of internal security and public safety within the federal government framework. Its functions are connected with policing coordination, security, civil protection, traffic and other interior affairs delivered through federal and local systems. The ministry is headed by Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who also serves as Deputy Prime Minister.
